Connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another compatible AI assistant to your Spredo workspace. Search business contacts and, on eligible plans, manage Telegram outreach campaigns and CRM workflows through natural-language requests.
https://mcp.spredo.io/mcpSpredo MCP connects an AI assistant to the same Spredo workspace you use in your browser. Available operations depend on your subscription and the permissions of the account used to connect.
Features by subscription
Your Spredo plan determines which MCP tools you can use. Connecting an AI assistant does not upgrade your plan or grant access to features outside it.
Data Only
Use natural language to find, filter, and retrieve professional business contacts in the Spredo database. Campaign and inbox operations are not included.

Use database search plus available campaign creation, messaging, outreach management, performance reporting, CRM, and dialogue workflows.

Connect your AI assistant
You will need a Spredo account with MCP access and an AI client that supports remote MCP connections. Connection screens can change as AI platforms update their products.
Claude — custom connector
- Open Claude and navigate to Settings → Connectors.
- Select Add custom connector (or the equivalent option available on your plan).
- Enter Spredo as the name and
https://mcp.spredo.io/mcpas the MCP server URL. - Add the connector and sign in through the Spredo authorisation flow.
- Open a Claude conversation and ask it to use Spredo. Review and approve requested tool calls.
ChatGPT — custom MCP app
- Open ChatGPT Settings → Apps. If supported on your plan, enable developer functionality under advanced settings.
- Choose to create a custom app/connector.
- Set the name to Spredo, MCP server URL to
https://mcp.spredo.io/mcp, and authentication to OAuth. - Create the app, authenticate with your Spredo account, then select or reference Spredo in a conversation.
- Review and approve tool calls before the assistant performs actions.
Other MCP-compatible clients
Configure a remote MCP server using https://mcp.spredo.io/mcp and the supported authentication flow. Follow the client's instructions for OAuth and user approval. Not all clients support the same authentication methods or MCP tools.
Optional: Claude Skill
The MCP connection provides access to supported Spredo tools. A separate Spredo Claude Skill can provide additional instructions and recommended Spredo outreach workflows. It is optional and is not required to connect via MCP.
Customers who have access to the Spredo Skill or Plugin instructions can follow the guidance available inside their Spredo onboarding materials.

Customers on eligible full-platform subscriptions can coordinate an entire outreach workflow through their AI assistant.
- Create a campaign. “Create a campaign called MCP Test.”
- Find prospects. “Select C-level contacts at Web3 wallet companies.”
- Validate results. “Remove companies whose descriptions mention custodial services.”
- Add contacts. “Add the cleaned list to MCP Test.”
- Prepare outreach. “Generate opening messages based on our Wallets 1.0 template.”
- Review and launch. “Show me the selected audience and prepared messages, then launch the campaign after my approval.”
Permissions, approvals & privacy
- Workspace access: MCP operates using the connected user's Spredo workspace access, plan limitations, and available tools.
- Approvals: Tool calls require approval by default in supported AI clients. Critical actions require user consent; the interface and prompts vary by client.
- Third-party processing: Results returned to Claude, ChatGPT or another connected AI client may be processed or retained under that provider's terms, privacy settings, and policies.
- Customer data: Spredo does not use private uploaded customer contacts and chats to grow its proprietary business-contact database.
- Revocation: Disconnect Spredo in the AI client's connector settings or contact Spredo support if help is needed. Revocation does not erase previously transferred information from third-party AI services.

Troubleshooting
I can't connect to Spredo.
Check the server URL https://mcp.spredo.io/mcp, confirm your AI client supports remote MCP servers and OAuth, and retry the Spredo sign-in flow.
Authentication failed or the connection expired.
Disconnect and reconnect the integration, make sure you are signing into the intended Spredo workspace, and complete the authorisation flow again.
Why can't I create campaigns or manage chats?
Data Only subscriptions are limited to database contact search and retrieval. Campaign, message and CRM tools require an eligible full-platform subscription and sufficient account permissions.
Why can't the AI find a contact or execute an action?
Check your available filters and credits, the scope of your account, and whether the requested tool is currently available. Ask the assistant to describe the returned error and retry with a narrower request.
Are AI-generated messages automatically sent?
Review the AI client's requested tool calls. Approval is required by default, and critical actions require user consent. Don't approve sending or campaign changes without checking the proposed action.
How do I disconnect Spredo?
Remove the connection from your AI client's connector/app settings. For help or suspected unauthorised access, contact Spredo support.
